Op 20 oktober 2007 opende de deuren van het Designhuis voor het eerst.
De expositie "Bold" was de eerste van de vele exposities die hebben plaatsgevonden in het pand van het voormalige Eindhovense Kantongerecht.

Het nieuwe instituut programmeerde in samenwerking met de gemeente diverse exposities in het Designhuis.

On the 20th of october 2007, the doors of the designhuis were opened for the first time.
The exhibition "Bold" was the first of many exhibitions at the former courthouse in Eindhoven.

The new institute programmed several exhibitions, in collaboration and the city of Eindhoven
